I hold a master's degree in social work and specialize in providing individual therapy to adults and caregivers facing a wide range of mental health issues such as grief, depression, illness, and adjustments related to the aging process. The relationships between parents and adult children can undergo significant stress without appropriate boundaries and support systems. During these times, depression and anxiety often prevail when there is an imbalance between the mind and body.

In my professional experience, I have worked extensively with the aging population, offering mental health support and resources that empower individuals and foster their autonomy, regardless of age. My ultimate aim is to help my clients achieve balance in their lives. I strongly believe in the emotional healing process and the collaborative effort between clients and therapists to create a safe environment that fosters hope, happiness, healing, and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Erikson's theory of psychosocial development, particularly emphasizing the final stages. As a staff member at Blue Lavender Clinical Services in St. Charles, Illinois, I value experiential methods as powerful tools to help individuals achieve a sense of full balance and peace of mind. Drawing from my own life experiences, I have developed a deep capacity to listen, understand, and empathize with others. Life presents us all with challenges, but how we handle these experiences significantly influences our ability to maintain a healthy balance in life.
